Avondale Holiday Flats are self catering establishments located in Scarborough. Flats 1,2,4 and 6 have extensive sea views. Flats 1 and 7 are ground-floor flats with 4'6" wall bed, lounge/kitchen area. Shower/toilet room.
Flats 2 and 4 are bay-windowed flats overlooking the sea, comprising of lounge with 4'6" wall bed and set of 3' cabin beds, cottage suite, wardrobe and sink. Separate kitchen/dining room and shower/toilet room.
Flats 3 and 5 are 2 roomed flats comprising of lounge, kitchen/dining area. Separate bedroom with double 4'6" bed optional 2 bed available to sleep 3rd person, shower/toilet room.
Penthouse flat 6 (sleeps 6) contains lounge with 4'6" wall bed, kitchen/dining area, separate bedroom containing double bed and set of 3' cabin beds wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with vanity units. Separate toilet and wash basin situated on landing.
