The Golden Grid holds an "On Market Fish Licence". This means that our speciality fish and seafood will be selected and bought on a daily basis by our Head Chef directly from The Scarborough and Whitby fish markets. We believe that the ability to buy directly from the boat skippers will guarantee the freshest seafood available. It will also allow us to feature a wider range of speciality fresh fish
